Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Customer satisfaction is my goal. I will work with you to resolve any issue with the purchase and will do anything in our power to make you a happy customer and maintain your loyalty, regardless of what the situation is. Every situation will be handled on individual basis. However, we do have certain rules and guidelines for returns and exchanges.

· If an item is damaged in shipping, please send a photo of the damage and I will ship you a new, undamaged print.

· If your order was shipped incomplete by mistake, please contact us and we will send the missing paintings ASAP.

· If your painting arrived damaged, please contact us, we will send you a replacement free of charge and provide compensation gift.
