Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Every situation will be handled on individual basis. However, we do have certain rules and guidelines for returns and exchanges.
· If an item is damaged in shipping, please send a photo of the damage and I will ship you a new, undamaged print.
· If your order was shipped incomplete by mistake, please contact us and we will send the missing paintings ASAP.
· If your painting arrived damaged, please contact us, we will send you a replacement free of charge and provide compensation gift.
